Warranty

USB Promos warrants its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specific length of time from date of purchase. Warranty periods vary by product and are defined at the bottom of this document. If the product proves defective during the warranty period, USB Promos, at its option, will: repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of the product. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser or single consignee of products purchased from an authorized USB Promos dealer. Except where prohibited by law the warranty is non-transferable except to a single consignee to whom our direct customer sells or gives away to.

Limitation of Warranty:

• Alteration, Modification, Disassembly or unauthorized repair
• Improper use of product
• 3-years following the discontinuation of the USB standard AND replacements are not available

This Warranty is void if any manufacturer labels or stickers have been removed or altered, or if any counterfeit labels are found on the product. Any counterfeit products are excluded from warranty and will not be returned to the sender.

USB Promos is void for products within or destined to Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria or North Korea. USB Promos cannot provide technical support or replacements for those products due to United States Export Restrictions.

Discontinued or Unavailable Products:

USB Promos will attempt to replace all products with the same product as originally purchased. In the event USB Promos is unable to replace product with the same product purchased, USB Promos, at its option will: replace that product with a new product of similar function and equal or greater value, or refund the purchase price paid.

Shipping Costs:

The customer is required to pay shipping and handling charges to send the defective product to USB Promos.

USB Promos provides free return shipping and handling to the following countries:

Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Korea, South, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Kingdom, United States. Customers located in countries not list above are required to pay return shipping and handling charges.

Customers outside of Canada, China, United States, Taiwan, and EU Member States will be responsible for any duties or taxes due on RMA replacement shipments.

Limitation of Liability:

IN NO EVENT SHALL USB PROMOS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES FOR A BREACH OF WARRANTY IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THIS PRODUCT INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA OR COMMERCIAL LOSS FOR BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCT. NO USB PROMOS EMPLOYEE, DEALER, OR OTHER AGENT IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY.:

MP3/MP4 Products

3-year warranty on our current line of MP3 and MP4 players. If the failure is due to a memory defect or defect with the USB Port, a Lifetime Warranty will apply.
