Creating imprinted power banks with a specialized logo within a small window of time and at a fair price.
DeWalt contacted USB Promos on a Friday afternoon inquiring about the pricing and a design idea for one of our power banks, model PB-12507, for an event they were hosting. It just so happens that the head of our sales department used to work in construction and keeps a DeWalt cordless hammer drill on his desk, not only providing him with valuable knowledge about the company’s products, but also a great deal of enthusiasm.
The same afternoon the USB Promos team received the initial call, we were able to make a mock-up of the DeWalt design, get approval, and solidify the order.
The Cool Details:
We have a diverse team of people working at USB Promos and their expansive knowledge often allows them to interact with our customers on a deep level of understanding, not only of their brands’ promotional goals, but also of their products. The head of our sales department was able to create a connection with the DeWalt representative immediately and understand what they were looking for from the USB Promos team.
This knowledge facilitated the speed of the order. From initial contact, to the mock-up, to approval, to the finalizing details, the whole process took about 2 hours, which allowed the manufacturing to almost immediately.
The power banks, model PB-12507, are customizable to reflect the customer’s design needs. The DeWalt power banks were designed with the company’s logo colors: black for the body of the power bank and orange for the lettering. Also imprinted on the power banks was DeWalt’s specialized SDS rotary hammer logo.
Additionally, the USB Promos team was the only company DeWalt spoke to that was able to make the quick turnaround time for their event, and we also happened to have the most competitive pricing.
DeWalt ordered 260 of our power banks with 2600mAh capacity. The power banks were imprinted with the company’s name as well as their specialized SDS rotary hammer logo.
The knowledge of the customer’s products amongst our staff aided our understanding of their design needs for their power banks and facilitated an incredibly quick ordering process as well as a fast total turnaround time.
The diversity of our team’s knowledge means that we are often able to jump into a project already with a basic understanding of our customers’ products and promotional needs.
DeWalt’s final product turned out looking sharp. The power banks were delivered on time for the event, despite the quick turnaround time. Additionally, they were sold not only at a fair price, but at the most competitive price the customer had come across.
