The roots of our company date back to 1999, making USB Promos a veteran in the customized USB products. We provide the best USB and Digital Media products at the lowest prices. We were among the first to provide custom imprinted and custom shaped USB drives direct to the promotional industry. Our experience shows, manifesting itself in our excellent customer service, our quick turnaround time, and knowledge of our product. We keep on top of the latest technology. Many of our drives use advanced COB (Chip on Board) manufacturing techniques, allowing us to provide you with the most compact and robust drives on the market today.

Our ownership structure is a 100% woman-owned business. USB Promos and our subsidiaries were founded by Cassey Xu, a Chinese-born American, while obtaining her MBA at Stanford University. Ms. Xu and other prominent industry women and men leaders who are veterans in the industry run the day-to-day operations of the company. Ms. Xu splits her time between the factory in Shenzhen and San Francisco, California. Other owners of the company include prominent women investors and business partners who understand the value of running a woman and minority owned business.

Our factory, run by our Six-Sigma Certified western leadership team is based in Shenzhen China, allows us to procure the products direct from the source and deliver to our customers in a very fast, very efficient timeframe. We also have our main operations in the San Francisco Bay Area as well as sales representatives around the United States.

We at USB Promos take our reputation very seriously. We take pride in the product we sell, and will NEVER sell a product with downgraded memory. All of our drives use high grade NAND floating gate memory. The controller chips that interface with the computer are also made from high quality reputable manufacturers. Our Six-Sigma certified management in China ensure that all our memory comes from top-tier manufacturers such as Intel, Micron, Samsung, Toshiba and Hynix without any “downgraded” chips or “used” memory that is often found in many other promotional products. We purchase our memory directly from Taiwan, Korea, Hong Kong and the USA and are certified distributors of NAND flash memory by Samsung and Intel. The reliability and speed of our USB drives outclasses those of our competitors, who will often use downgraded memory to keep their prices low. For Muni Metro take any rail to Montgomery St Station. For BART, take any line to San Francisco and get off at the Montgomery St BART station. Exit the stairs to Market St or Entrance to Wells Fargo Bank. Walk North on Montgomery St. for 2 blocks until you reach our building entrance on the east side of Montgomery.

If you are driving, the building parking garage entrance is located on Bush St and fills up very quickly. We are unable to validate parking at this time.
